Amanda Bergman earned a BFA in Jewelry and Metals from Ball State University in 2014 and MFA in 3D Design from Bowling Green State University in 2017. Bergman’s work has been published and exhibited internationally, and she was chosen as an Emerging Artist by the Craft Council of British Columbia, New York City Jewelry Week, and Ohio Designer Craftsmen.
Bergman has assisted in curating over twenty exhibitions and worked with over ninety international artists during her 5 year tenure as Gallery Manager for Ombré Contemporary Art Jewelry Gallery in the heart of downtown Cincinnati, Ohio. She continues to create and exhibit her sculptural jewelry inspired by ASL while teaching as an Assistant Professor in CCPS for the DAAP program at the University of Cincinnati.
