Process

Every piece is handmade and involves a multi-step, multi-day process to complete. Please allow 1 - 2 weeks for your item to be completed and shipped. Products in the “Ready to Ship” category will ship within 2 - 3 days of placing your order. If your order is time sensitive, please contact me and we can determine if an expedited shipping cost is needed.

Shipping, Returns, & Exchanges

Items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with tracking number provided. Return shipping cost will be paid by the customer. Please contact me directly with any questions on returns and exchanges within 48 hours of receiving your item. Custom orders cannot be returned or refunded.

Jewelry Care

Patinated silver jewelry will develop it’s own shine and oxidation over time depending on amount of use and the wearer. Do not use silver tarnish remover or chemicals, like perfume, on your jewelry. It can remove the patina and damage the powder coat. To clean a powder-coated area, use gentle soap and warm water.
